What is the Kuala Lumpur Sentral development? |
| Kuala
Lumpur Sentral is the exclusive urban centre built around Malaysia's
largest transit hub, offering global connectivity, excellent investment
opportunities, business convenience and an international lifestyle.
Developed
in phases until 2012, this unique, well-planned and integrated city
is located within Kuala Lumpur's central business district. Its
master plan features, in addition to the nucleus rail station, a
self-contained city concept comprising corporate office towers and
business suites, international hotels, luxurious condominiums, a
shopping mall and an international exhibition, convention and entertainment
centre.

When did work on KL Sentral commence? |
| Work
on KL Sentral commenced in 1997 with the construction of Stesen
Sentral, the transportation hub. The station was completed in early
2001 and began operations on April 16, 2001.

Plaza Sentral Phase 1
Plaza Sentral Phase 1 was completed in 2001. It has registered a 100 per cent take up rate and is now fully occupied by both multinational and local tenants.
Suasana Sentral Condominium
Suasana Sentral Condominium
was developed jointly with CapitaLand Limited. The project was completed in February 2002, and since 2003, the luxurious 400-unit condominium has been fully sold, fetching a total revenue of RM242 million.
International Hotels - Hilton KL & Le Meridien KL
The completion of the five-star Hilton and Le Meridien Kuala lumpur hotels, which opened its doors for business on 22 September and 8 October 2004 respectively, signifies Kuala Lumpur Sentral's shift into a new dimension of prestige.
