| Plaza Sentral Phase 2
Plaza Sentral Phase 2 was launched in September 2004, ans is expected to be fully occupied by end of 2006. Comprising of 4 blocks with a GFA of 849,790 sq.ft, Plaza Sentral Phase 2 is valued at RM300 million. Together with Plaza Sentral Phase 1, these buildings will be the first in the entire development to host technology businesses under the MSC Cybercentre status.
Lot J (Parcel A)
The Sales of
Kuala Lumpur Sentral, to UEM for RM54 million was sealed in May 2005. The land will be used for a proposed development of an office tower to be constructed by UEM in the near future. The proposed tower will be built on top of an 8-storey car park podium that has a gross floor area of 1.4 million square feet.
Lifestyle Centre
To be developed by MRCB, this yet-to-be-named lifestyle centre will have 6-storeys housing a fitness centre and spa centre, business centre, restaurants and alfresco fining facilities.
Lot N
Lot N, together with an office building to be constructed by Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) was sold to Lembaga Tabung Haji for RM161.46 million on March 2003. MRCB is currently constructing this unique purpose-built 30-storey corporate office tower on Lot N, which has ready tenants to occupy once the building is completed.
Suasana Sentral Loft Condominiums
In view of the increasing attractiveness of Kuala Lumpur Sentral as a strategic residential address and the successful take-up of Suasana Sentral Condominiums, our strategic partner Suasana Sentral Two Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture company between MRCB and UM Land, has launched the second condominium phase in Lot L. Development of the 37 and 38-storey apartment towers with a total of 600 units has commenced. Due to be completed at the early 2008, this project is expected to generate a gross development value of an estimated RM333 million.
Lot G
Lot G will comprise a mixed commercial development of a shopping mall, business hotel and serviced apartments. Valued at a massive RM450 million, this shopping mall will integrate with Stesen Sentral through the KL Monorail, earning the rank of being the first rail-connected shopping mall in the city and offering customers easy access and shopping comfort.

| As of September 2006, office space for both Plaza Sentral Phase 1 and Phase 2 have been fully taken up.
Our condominiums, Suasana Sentral and Suasana Sentral Loft were also fully sold.
The response has been very good. For example the second phase of the luxurious condominiums – Suasana Sentral Loft and Plaza Sentral Phase II has already been sold out.
