Office Towers & Clubhouse (Lot J)

The underlying concept of Percinct A Clubhouse is a provision of a leisure space which will not only complement but also enhance the beautifully integrated office, hotel, retail and residential developments in Kuala Lumpur Sentral. In essence, this clubhouse will, among others, house a cafe, health and fitness club, specific retail outlets, gymnasium, bowling alley and day-care centre, to name a few. The clubhouse is also strategically located. It is nicely tucked in between two major office complexes and accross the Departure Hall of the KL City Air Terminal of Stesen Sentral. The clubhouse which has a net floor area of approximately 70,334 sq. ft. will be built to the south west of Lot J.

This will be made up of four 35-storey towers that bear the same architectural design, thus providing visual continuity, but are functionally independent, each with own grand entrance and lobby. Offering a total gross floor area of 1,415,606 sq ft, the design is flexible to allow for both offices and service apartments. A six-storey clubhouse will also be built within the precinct.

Development order for this development has been obtained.
